Come to think about it, I am not sure they have any relevant Highways nrimisseops. I have asked Bram Kainthe (Assistant Director for Highways) what the story is. Usually I would expect to see a site notice with a licence afer all this is a CPZ. Just as I need a licence to leave a skip on the highway, contractors need agreement to use the highway to store materials.
